My main reason for leaving the side was due to the distance as I wasn’t able to pay for the vast amount of train tickets every week which was disappointing. Ajax FC under 10s soccer schools This was one of my main highlights of my life, as I was given the opportunity to play at a high level for 6 weeks with the Ajax under 10s soccer schools. They helped me develop and improve my attributes such as tactical awareness, first touch, short and long passing, dribbling and shooting. Being able to watch the first team train also helped me dream that one day I would reach that level of football. FC Koln Academy under 12s Once again, I was fortunate to be given the opportunity to play for the FC Koln Academy for 6 weeks, which helped continue my development as a player. They put me through a vigorous training routine which I thoroughly enjoyed which consisted of speed, agility, crossing, possession football and weaker foot training. Those 6 weeks were one of my greatest childhood memories as it was amazing to be training with a professional club which helped see the standard I hope to play at. Arsenal FC Soccer School/development centre under 13s Thanks to grass roots soccer school, I managed to go to the arsenal soccer school which helped me gain valuable skills such as improving my first touch, the ability to become strong mentally, improve my short and long passing ability, taking less touches on the ball. I was invited into the development centre programme which I was overjoyed and was able to see the standard I needed to be at the play at that level, I was then released due to injury which was one of my worst moments of my life. Southend United FC Trialist I was given the opportunity to trial with for 6 weeks but was released to breaking my left wrist during the training session which was increasingly frustrating as I thought that this could be my breakthrough in professional. Tonbridge Angels Manager: Gary Cope - “Mustafe Mohamed is a gifted right winger, who has a sensational killer pass able to unlock any defence. He has an immense dribbling ability, as players continuously struggle to retrieve the ball off him. He’s extremely hardworking, a set piece specialist and a similar player to Ronaldinho. The boy is an absolute pleasure to coach and he’s destined for great things.” Ajax Soccer School Coach: Hors Vandenberg - “He’s a confident versatile young man who displays incredible technique considering his age, tactically he understands the game very well, maintains great levels of close control, keeps it simple unless he decides to take risks and if trained at the right club, he could be one of the best young players in the world” FC Koln Academy - “He’s a unique player, gem to watch and could be something special in a few years time.” Arsenal FC Development Centre Coach Andy Jesson – “We’ve decided not to keep a hold of this young man but he has the capabilities to show glimpses of brilliance whilst on the ball, the main reason we didn’t sign him was due to his body strength at the time.” Southend United FC Coach Reece Jones - “We don’t keep a hold of players on trial who are injured more than 3 months, its club policy, even though we might regret this decision with a player of such quality and pure technique.” Im currently studying BA Hons Business Management at Brighton University but I feel that football is my ultimate dream and I will do anything to pursue it. I would relish the chance to trial at a high club level. Im in DESPERATION for an opportunity. Please, you could make my dream become reality.
