Tell us about your football history (Min 50 words) : I am Warren Meza 18 years old (11/11/94) I have been playing football at the age of nine years old and haven’t stopped ever since. I’ve played for different teams and different leagues; I have played for Handsworth united FC under 15 and under 16 as a winger and striker. I have played for District FC under 15/16 as a winger and sometimes as a centre attacking midfielder. I have played for Kewford eagles FC under 17/18 as a striker and I played for my school team from year 8 to year 11 and I was the top goal scorer with 19 goals in 14 matches in year11. I had a good understanding with the other players on and off the pitch.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a fast player with good close control dribbling, I like to take on defenders and beating them to shoot or deliver a cross. I have good accurate long range shots, I like receiving through balls, on the ground or over the top. As a striker I'm always looking for space so I can receive through balls and I have good composure in front of goal. I can also play as a winger using my speed and dribbling to take on a defenders and deliver a cross. I work very hard for the team and defend if needed.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I want to progress in my football and would like to apply for trials with a club as soon as possible. I have the experience, I have a lot of passion for football and I really enjoy playing football. I'm a player who can play at different positions, I'm always positive and willing to learn more. I do my best every time I step on the pitch and my aim is to score goals and help the team win the match.
