Late Birthday Project (LBP) combats the significant
Relative Age Effect in elite youth football, by providing
a professional academy environment, opportunities and
coaching for boys born between March and August
only (although genuine late-developers born Jan-Feb will
also be considered).
LBP offers UEFA qualified coaches, premium 3G pitches,
free futsal and free Adidas match kit, plus an innovative
curriculum aimed at giving younger boys a fighting
chance when it comes to realising their potential.
