Elite Football Academies are for 16-18 year olds, ensuring that all players are catered for regardless of their academic background.

Football Academy Partnership

Partnership are drawn up between football clubs and Schools Colleges and will see students able to study for A levels whilst playing for the club in the Conference Youth Alliance League, the highest ranked league outside of the pro-game for this age group in the UK. Also has a  A level pass rate of 98%.

Players on these A level course have a good chance of being spotted and moving on or withing the current team structure.

The Football Academy is designed for boys who want to take three A level qualifications whilst receiving a full-time football training programme.  This gives players an opportunity to progress into the professional game but also prepares them to move onto university. The scheme is open to students currently in years 11 or 12 at schools. These are operated by a number of clubs and you can contact tonys soccer school if need guidance of putting you in the right direction.

The squads work with full-time UEFA A-Licence coach and students will also have access to take their own Level 2 coaching qualification.
