An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Foundation operations team.
As the successful candidate you will lead on our school and football programmes within a specific geographical region within South West London or Surrey. This will include but not be exclusive to the promotion, coordination and delivery of our soccer schools, advanced centre and extra-curricular schools programmes.
You should have experience of programme coordination in a sports/coaching context and be motivated by developing sports opportunities, specifically football, for young people. A keen interest in leading and developing relationships with various different partners will be key in order to grow the programme, so understanding of how this is achieved is essential.
In addition to this you must pose a first class work ethic and a forward thinking approach to ensure the programme meets its desired aims. Excellent organisation skills will also be required, along with some exposure to budget processes and management.
This is a full time, two year, fixed-term contract and the successful candidate will be based at Motspur Park.
