Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing football at a young age and i've always played in goal and always loved and have the desire to play in goal, always will. I played for Ipswich Town Academy for 6 years, from the age of 8 till the age of 14. After Ipswich Academy, I played for Mildenhall Town, my local team. Last season we won the league, unbeaten and I kept the most clean sheets in the league and won player's player for my team. I captained my middle school team and my upper school team and for my upper school team a few months ago we won the cup that we were in and i got man of the match in the Final. I have had lots of experience playing in Men's football too, which has improved my physical aspect as well as my confidence in the game. I have had trials at Cambridge United Academy before also.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am right footed. I am very good with my handling of the ball and dealing with balls down low. I am 6ft tall so I have no problem in reaching high balls, and as a 16 year old, I am still growing. My distribution is good, as I am able to get balls high and far and pick out players most of the time. I'm confident in my ability and know my strong points and my weaknesses and i know what I need to work on and I'm always willing to listen to constructive criticism and work on things that I need to improve on.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : An Academy Director should give me a trial because I am determined to become a professional footballer, so I will put 100% into everything I do and i will show desire in everything I do. I am good at what I do, and if I am given the chance, I will prove that I am good at what I do. Football is my passion and I love the game so I am committed to football, so relying on me to show up to training all the time and to games all the time won't be a problem.
