For four years, from 2005-2009 he played as a defender.From 2009 Pavle Mashera played as goalkeeper for the first team composition of the team JDFS 'Alberts'.From 2012-15.06.2013 he plays as a defender in the G.E.S Monza FC. He is also often invited to play for year 1998 team and was recognized as the most promising player in the team.

Good defense skills which are gained through couple of years playing as a goalkeeper (2009-10 the best goalkeeper of Latvia U10). Outstanding physical condition, good endurance and fast runner. Good at assisting goals (5 assisting goals in the current season).
