Tell us about your football history (Min 50 words) : I have been playing football since I was 7 Years old for Kentstown. I have always played in the backs but have experienced playing in every position. I played on my old district team for 2 seasons when I was around 10 and 11 but then we changed league and I have not attended trials for my league yet. I have always had consistant form but i think ( and I have been told so) I have really stepped up in the last 2 seasons. I won 'Most Improved Player of the year' two years ago and won player of the year last year. I am not a 'hot head' on the pitch and have never been red carded although i tend to be agressive in appropriate situations.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I can play anywhere in the backline, My strength levels are well above average and my touch and ball control has improved the most in the last 2 years as I used to be a 'one touch player'. My confidence has skyrocketed in the 2 seasons also i feel far more comfortable on the ball now and i am good at getting forward and getting back. I have a good strike and header. I am moderatly quick and communicate well on the pitch
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I think an academy director should offer me a trial because i know i can prove to them that i have the playing ability to play for their team and I need the trial to be assessed further to learn how to improve my game even further than what i can already do. It would be a stepping stone toward acheiving my goals in life and it would be a honour if i were selected for trials at any professional club.
