Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I played for the Sunday League team Springfield F.C at 14. I joined London Tigers at 16 then moved to Whetstone Wanderers F.C aged 17. I'm currently in the football team at the University of West London and regularly play 5-a-side football at the Power League in Wembley. I've recently joined Kentish Town F.C as well. I've also attended several trials (including West Ham United F.C, Reading F.C, QPR F.C, Barnet F.C and Dagenham & Redbridge F.C to name a few) and gained vital coaching which has helped me improve tactically, technically and mentally as a footballer.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I'd say I'm a box to box midfielder who can use both feet. I'd also say I read the game quite well as well as being good at decision making. My strengths are a good range of passing, being creative, good spacial awareness, shooting and tackling. Although aspects of my game I need to improve on are my heading and volleying as well as also working on my strengths.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I've been persistently working towards becoming a professional footballer for a number of years now. I've made numerous sacrifices and worked extremely hard constantly training to improve myself as a footballer and as a person. I've had several knock backs but that has only made me mentally stronger. I honestly believe if I'm given a long enough trial period with a top club, I can show the potential I have and prove with continual hard work I can play at a high level. I genuinely don't care about the money in football; I just want to be happy by fulfilling my dream, ambition and goal of becoming a professional footballer.
