Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : My name is Richmond and I am 19 years old was born in Ghana West Africa and all my life, I have been playing soccer. I love the game of soccer because it is my passion. I started playing soccer at a young age. At the age of 12, I ask my dad for a soccer boot and on Christmas day, my dad brought me the boot. And I started playing with many local clubs in Africa .And at age 16, I begin practicing with the men’s. Playing soccer in Africa is not easy and in order to make it to a good soccer club you have to pay a lot of money. And parents wasn’t rich but they were proud of gift of soccer and they never gave up on me. I believe in God and I know someday the world will see my talent. I love watching soccer on tv and and I like watching Lionel Messi, Iniesta, Xavi and Ronaldinho. But I want to be like Iniesta someday. I have always dream of becoming a professional player. In 2011, I was adopted to an American family with my friend to Kansas City Missouri. My best friend and I joined a club team and helped the team win the Kansas City President's cup. We started high school and joined the soccer team. A year later, we helped the school soccer team win their first ever Conference championship cup and I broke the school record with 112 career goals. And I also won some personal awards like, 2012-13 MVP player, Best player, Most Valuable player, 3rd place goal scorer, First team All-state , record breaker for 112 goals in high school. Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : My every pass that I make is important to me . I like keeping possession and play safer. And when I play against a good player, I play the ball quickly on the ground . I like getting into a good attacking positions and like making quick decision. when I get the ball I always look to go forward and extend the game. If I spins out of pressure, I looks to attack again.I like to give the ball and then get it back again. I like playing short passes and I always keep my head up and make sure the ball is always close to me .
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : Because I believe that I have the skills and am good enough to show the world my talent . I believe I can be the best with any chance that I get . am always ready for what ever that comes on my way . I can assure you that am ready for any trials . Because I am a great player and am willing to give my everything .
