Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I've been playing football since was young. The first time I played for a team was when I was 12 years old in a local league and the name of the team was Lyndhurst. I played every match, worked hard in them and at training as well. We came first and I got most improved player. On the second season I became captain of the team so I had a big role in the team. We came runners-up and for that season I was given player of the season. I was really pleased with it as I was aiming for it since the start of the season so it showed that all the hard work and passion I put in that season was recognisable and acknowledged. Then I joined a sunday league team called Isledon Wolves and we where in the Harrow league. That season was great as we won the League and the Harrow Cup so it was a great achievement for me and my team. That season I played every game, scored 4 goals but my immense defensive work made me get player the season. I was amazed with it because it started to give me some belief and confidence on the pitch. At the same club I had another great season, few injuries but it didn't prevent me from doing the work I do on the pitch.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am strong so it helps me when defending the opposition, even if they're faster than me I am able to get my body over the ball and the player to prevent them from getting past me. I am composed on the ball because I know if I panic most likely for a mistake to happen. Another one of my abilities is that I am fast and it’s beneficial when both attacking and defending. Attaching wise I can take on players down the line using my pace also I am skilful so it makes it easier to get past players. Defending wise it makes it harder for attackers to get past me because I can always catch up to them. My cardiovascular endurance is good because I am always training to maintain it so i can always playing a full match and always be determined to chase after every ball Awareness of position, opponents and passing is one of my best playing ability. When playing before the ball is played to me I always know what I want to do- either take on the player or pass the ball on to the next player. I am both footed; right foot is more powerful however my left foot is more accurate. I am good in the air, quite tall (6 foot) so it helps me, also I see the ball as my best friend so even shots I defend them with my head. Very athletic, and like to maintain it because it is the main thing that gives me the abilities I have.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : The academy director should give me trials because football is something that I have dreamed to do all my life long. Every day after sixth-form I get my ball and my cones go to my football cage and just training by myself so just I can improve my abilities and hopefully be able to show a club that I am worth taking and be given a chance. Everyday I feel like there is something missing to make me completely happy, that is to be able to play football at a high level. If I was given this chance I would prove the Academy Director that it wasn't the wrong choice and I will work hard like never before because I know there isn't a limit to working hard, someone can't be perfect, they should always be improving and that’s what I am aiming to do.
