Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : Played football since I could walk. Grew up with a ball beside me. Always been top player around the team. Played first year of CCAA university football for Vancouver Island University. Placed second in the nation (Canada) starting in the center mid. Losing the final in a penalty shoot out. I guess you need to learn to lose to win. Played second year university, with alot of the team graduating the previous year I had a lot on my shoulder, took the team to third place in the league. Playing for a Mens league now, its nothing special but I know I could play at a much better level.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a very creative player. I see the pitch very well, always adjusting and moving to the ball. I have a natural touch. A Proper player. When I play outside wing I love to receive long balls out wide and take a first touch toward the defender running at him with pace, looking to either cut inside for a shot or get down the line and get a cross.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : Look I know you guys are reading this thinking this Canadian kid must be thick, but look i've played my whole life training for a shot for a professional team. I'm 19 years old going to university only to play football as I don't know what I want to educate myself in. All I want is to be a footballer, and If I had the chance I would drop everything in my life and be on the next flight. Look I know you probably read thousands of these things but I swear if I had the chance I wouldn't disappoint. I have a natural touch, im a proper leader and I know what it takes for perfection. I know that if you were to give me a trial it would not be a poor choice. Canadian soccer is not the best, but its great for training.
