Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I first started playing football at aged 8, however it was only a hobby on every Saturday. At age 10 i was then scouted into Leyton FC, now known as Coopersale. There a played for around 3 years in a range of positions, such as center back, right back and right midfield. After a 1 year break, i started training in Finsbury Park every Saturday, after being recommended by a friend who works for Access 2 Sports. Shortly after training for a few weeks i was invited to take part in a friendly match against Newington Rangers (A2S). From there i was asked to join the newly formed Woodberry Downs. After joining my position was switched to left wing, since my coach felt i played there most comfortable. Now after having two successful seasons of which we finished second then first, i feel i need a greater challenge in order to improve my abilities.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I describe my playing type to be fast and aggressive. With speed being one of my top abilities, i love taking on players on the wings and cutting in for shots or assisting the strikers. I work the wing well and follow the play, meaning i drop back as well as attack. I also have a great understanding of football, which helps me to think about how my team mates and the opposition act on and off the ball; in other words i can work well with my team mates by opening up the play with first touches and picking out good passes with precision.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I have the mind set to improve what ever the circumstance. I'll commit my self to any position given and try to be as effective as i can in a game. I am a true team player and if i have to i will lead the team as well as listen to others. My current fitness and skill level are good but by training and playing in a much higher competitive team, they'll improve rapidly and i'll be one player you can depend on.
