Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I have been interested in football since a young age. I started off with a couple of guys from my community, where my love for football grew further. I am still part of the mosque community football where we participate in numerous tournaments, as well as train every Saturday. I was introduced to Headstone Manor FC where I quickly became the first team striker. I spent the best part of 3 seasons there, playing many matches and tournaments, helping promote the team in 2 consecutive seasons. I then moved to Sudbury Adult league where I am now, as a result of the U18 of Headstone Manor not being coached anymore. However, I know that I will most probably move to another U18s club at the end of the season as I want to be playing with players of my age.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : My main attribute is my speed, complemented by my stamina enabling me to run the channels and make runs, dragging defenders out of position and creating space for my team mates. I also have the vision to play the pass when needed and also the awareness to hold the ball up when needed. I also believe in my finishing ability, as I am confident on both feet and can find the corners with ease.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I think, although I have been told it is too late, that I still have the ability to make it at the top level. I am very self motivated, therefore making me a hard worker and a better player. I believe I should be given the opportunity to show my ability to an Academy Trial Director so that they see what I can do and thus help me become a better player and hopefully start me off as a professional football player.
