Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : Hello, My name is Lamarr Powell. My position is right back and I am 19 years of age. From the age of 8 I have been playing football, at Sunday league level I was always playing the higher league which would be Division 1 or the premier division. I have had trials for West Bromwich Albion and Aston Villa but due to an ankle injury it interfered with me progressing.I also played for my secondary school which I was captain the whole way through my school years.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : My playing ability is excellent. I can adapt to a game pretty quickly and cope with the tempo whether the game be fast paced or slow. As a fullback I like to attack when I get the chance and link up play with the midfield and strikers. However I take my role as a defender very seriously, I am disciplined and always make my runs when necessary.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : An academy director should give me a trial because I am a dedicated young prospect for the future. Improving my game is something I constantly work on, there is no excuse not to. The ability is there but I think being put into the right hands will only help me become even better than I already am. I'm a hard working individual who just needs one chance.
