Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I was first introduced to football by my father but never took notice of it since I was previously an athlete. it wasn't until my 7 birthday that I really got into football after watching Ronaldinho play with such skill and grace that I really aspired to learn how to do that. However I never Joined a club because I was still in Zambia where resources like that were only for the adults. I come from a very poor background similar to that of Samuel Eto'o. When I moved to England, South east london my fathers main priority for me was to attain me a good education so for the first 2 years I didn't play competitively but i still practised close control and skills which had captivated me by ronaldinho as a child. After Settling into My surroundings, I started playing A local team called Slade football club, which was a christian football club designed to protect the youths from rough life of the streets where as a teen it was easy to mix with the wrong crowd. As a team, we were very successful in winning a lot of trophies! A turning point in my career was when I was beaten up by some teens walking back from football. This happened aged 14 where I vowed never to play football again because the injury I had sustained really disturbed my family. When we moved to Southampton a year later I was back to playing football for my school team and a local club called Brendon Youth which helped me get Fit for 11 a Side football. After a brief 4 months with them, the club folded due to a lack of sponsors. After that I became a little lazy and didn't perform much since I had no Inspiration but still maintained fitness through Athletics and school Football During year 10, I joined AFC Totton who were a really big influence into making me a player of Genuine quality. My coach then Mark Stupple really helped me improve through a lot of new training methods, however he couldn't sign me because he had a full squad. I only played selected matches but felt fully Part of the team due to the team chemistry. I became very desperate with sitting on the bench and asked for a transfer to a new team in which i moved to Winchester city reds, a rival team of AFC Totton. I didn't feel particularly included in this team because I felt like I had betrayed my team by joining the rivals Never the less I continued playing for them winning the Cup and AFC Totton, my former club winning the League. I became so focused on football as a career, I had completely abandoned my school work and had to take drastic action in order to achieve some GCSE's I took the decision retire briefly from competitive football and focus all my energy on my schoolwork which was a good choice. I am in process of joining Millmoor Juniors Fc after moving again to Rotherham, Sheffield
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I have analysed my performance in games and I could compare it to more Spanish players such as Andres Iniesta. I Consider good control a key component and that's one of my strong attributes. I am fast, skillful on the ball and constantly look for that vital pass. Most of all, I consider myself very reliable as a key member of the team.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I simply love playing football, I would love to reach a professional standard however even if I didn't, I would continue playing for a local club until I cannot Physically walk. I am also taking A Level physical education in order to really understand what goes on behind the scenes of football in terms of Mental, physical and emotional side. I would like to follow that route as a career prospect after my football career is over which would be understood a lot more if I had experience as a professional. I would only like a chance to pursue my dream and hopefully give something back to my country in form of support for younger footballers, something that I hadn't got but needed so dearly. Lucky for me I had the chance to come to a country where its well supported and i would like to be someone that does the same. Thankyou
