Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : Trainer/Coach of the under 14s at HVV Herules The Hague season 12-13. Missed out on the league title. Had a good start to 13-14. Due to financial difficulties at the club forced to stop. Looking for new opportunities for next season. As a child played in Regional and school competitions in The Netherlands. Played as goalkeeper, right and left midfielder, striker.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : Technically good. Right and left footed. Little speed leftover seeing as Im 40. Vision very good. Tactically ok. Determined, Enthusiastic, highly motivated. Teaching training method very good. Coaching tactics to players reasonable. Improving players technique and tactical awareness.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I'm highly motivated, enthusiastic about teaching or coaching footballers to become better. I love the game and want to transfer that to the players so that they enjoy the game as much as I do and learn to play at the same time. If the player enjoy coming to training and improve the results will always come, but foremost they have to have fun with me and their teammates.
