Write about your football history : I won under 9 challenge cup & under 9 league cup runners-up in 2009/10 also won Under 9 red division 2009/10. I played Watford friendly league which I were runners-up in 2010/11. I were runners-up rural friendly league under 11s in 2011/12. My last club which was AFC Wembley I won harrow football league under 12 in 2012/13 also won Middlesex County football Association cup 2012/13

Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : The reason why I should be given this chance is because I have three things: Courage, Success, And Aspiration. My technical play is superb and all of my previous managers have told me I could play at academy level. I believe that I should be given this chance because the fact that my background is very poor, I would like to be given the opportunity to show my ability to succeed as a footballer. I would also like to make my parents proud.
