Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing football at a very tender age (about 8 years old) with my older brother and his friends who where all more than 5years older than I was. I later joined my neighborhood team which usually played matches against other neighborhood teams too. I started out as a center forward in the team and played many matches scoring in different games too. The Coach eventually converted me into a more defensive player due to my performance in a game we had our defender sent off while we were leading the match, since it was a 4-aside match I was called to fall back as the defender and let the two mid fielders played in front of goal. It was a difficult task but I helped the team with numerous clearance and prevented conceding a goal. Since then I developed the ability to play either in attacking or defensive positions. I also played for my junior and senior secondary school team while still in high school. We won different school tournaments in which I took the Man of the Match award and Player of the Tournament Awards on different occasions. I haven't played for any active club side but am hoping to train with the Cowbell Football Academy here in Lagos, Nigeria before going into the university later this year.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : Am a versatile player, worthy of being a play maker of a team. I love to operate from the center most times, either a center back, a holding or attacking mid fielder and also a center forward. I've got great strenght with the ball like Mikel and Toure Yaya and speed too. I also have the ability to carry the team like Andres Iniesta do, delivering lovely passes to my fellow attackers to set them on a one on one with the goal keeper. I also love to score whenever I get a clear site on goal.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I'd love to be given a chance because I love to play football, I always put my best at training and I have the ability to adapt to any strategy the coach wants to play with. On the pitch, I tend to distribute the ball to wide areas very well and am good at free kicks. In future, I want to be among the greatest people to have played in the game, and I'd love to start my dream from here.
