Tell us about your football history in 100 words: Having always been a keen footballer I started playing at school and locally as a boy. After a spell at Portsmouth School of Excellence I played a few games for Gosport Bo FC Reserves under Tony Stares. I gained 'grass roots' experience after playing two seasons for FC Toronto in the 'Tyro League', scoring 57 goals in the first season and 51 in the second.
At present I coach two U15 teams (BSS & Purbrook Athletic)and I work for 'Skilful Sports' as a Coach.
I have played the occasional 11 a side game this season along with
regular 5 a side games to keep my speed and practice skills.
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: My speed, perception, quality first touch and strength on the ball sets me apart from the rest. I can work well with dynamic players that feed me the ball as well as making my own goal scoring opportunities.
I am at my best moving forward but have played in defensive roles with great effect. This is down to my ability to read other players, which gives me a distinct advantage.
In the past I have struggled to maintain my patience and was at times 'hot headed', this is now behind me and its time to move on to a more controlled career path and future.
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words: 'I am football', its in my DNA, and need this trial to show my ability and potential within the right team.
It really makes me envious when I watch a game and know that I should be out there making a difference, scoring/ creating goals and influencing the game.
As you will appreciate, every year there are new football stars born
every day and every day I feel that I have missed my opportunity to take part in yet another match.
