Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I completed a 5 day residential course at Lilleshall training centre in April last year, where I was named as the coaching staffs player of the week. My coaching staff included, Joe McLaughlin, (former Chelsea, Steve butler, John Hughes, and Brian Rice). I also had pre season training last year with Mansfield Town FC, and played in their first friendly. Manger Paul Cox told me I had great potential and just need some experience, and has invited me to attend next season for pre season.. Up to last year I was signed and played regularly for Rainworth miners welfare fc. I was told by former Chelsea player and football league manager, Kevin Wilson, that I have the ability to be as good as Kris Commons, now of Celtic. My last “trial” was for Boston United fc, for Jason Lee, who said I had the ability, but timing is wrong mid season. Jason said he would be happy to give a reference to any one concerned. I have recently, (in the last year or so), had trials at Leicester, Northampton, and Mansfield Town. I have had some interest of late from semi-pro non league clubs, and possible contracts in Australia, and Belgium.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am quick, strong and versatile and love making attacking surging runs from midfield. I am strong in a tackle and have good all round vision and can spread long and short passes. I have been my clubs top scorer over the last few seasons, even though mostly from central midfield.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I HAVE BEEN TOLD ON MANY OCCASIONS THAT I AM CAPABLE OF PLAYING AT A HIGH LEVEL OF FOOTBALL. I JUST HAVN'T AS YET HAD THE BREAKS AT THE RIGHT TIME. I AM VERY GOOD ON THE BALL, STRONG AND RELIABLE. VERY QUICK, VERSATILE, FIRM TACKLER, AND CAN PLAY IN ANY CENTRAL MIDFIELD ROLE, ATTACKING, HOLDING ETC, AND CAN PLAY AS A 2ND STRIKER WITH EASE. I AM DETERMINED TO SUCCEED.
