Write about your football history : I have playing football since the age of seven years old at 'The Cliff Training Ground'and I still play at the training ground till this day. My football skills have developed and grown stronger from the feedback from the coaches at the ground, which has allowed me to become the player I am at Winton JFC. Because of determination and drive at The Cliff Training Ground, I was chosen to become one of the Manchester United Ball Boys for the 2013/14 season. That experience has really given me an insight as to what a life of football professionalism would be like and it has given me more inspiration and drive to do better and achieve higher. I am very thankful for the opportunity of being a Manchester United Ball Boy and it has made me appreciate internal and external football. Since the experience of being a Manchester United Ball Boy, my skills and drive strengthened and it lead me to win many Man of the Matches, as well as Winton JFC being Division Cup Champions of 2013/14.
Write about your Playing Ability : My ability to play as a Striker has strengthened over the years due to the work and effort I put in during my free time. Although we train once a week at Winton JFC, I believe that that isn't enough in order to become as successful and fit such as other players my age; therefore I train three more times during the week. My training consists of going to the gym, going for early morning jogs and even training myself through watching players with experience and taking into account what they do and how they play. This has proven good as it has allowed me to win Man of the Match on nearly all the football matches I have played, as well as giving me energy to go through the match and even give a little extra in the match, to ensure I play to best of my ability. I am able to understand the decisions the other players take from their foot work and the knowledge I have gained from watching experienced players and focusing entirely on getting the ball from opponents and attempt to score goals for the team. I am also able to pace myself throughout the match and be aware of when I am supposed to put in more energy and drive than usual.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : An Acting Director should give me a trial because I believe that I possess skills and drive that would compare to someone my age that is at an academy or a professional club. I believe that the opportunity to be given a trial should be given to me as I would grasp it with both hands and prove all the positive feedback that has been said about me and my football skills. The feedback given back to me from an Academy Director will be put into my football skills and I will learn from it with hope and drive that an academy director will see my potential and what I have to give.
