Tell us about your football history in 100 words: From 8 years of age I have played for school and the above clubs.
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: I am an extremely competent player on the ball. I have good levels of forward vision on the pitch and understand how to read the game, during a match. I have good dribbling skills on the ball and I am currently the fastest runner, in all the teams, I play for. I am very fit and able to cope with the rigours of a full match, with all the teams I play for each week. I have a powerful right foot for my age and I am able to kick with both feet. I get along with all my players and support them during a match.

I believe an Academy Director should give me a trial for the following reasons:
1. I totally love the game of Soccer.
2. I think about football all the time.
3. I train every day with my football, on the days I do not have football training or a match.
4. I train very hard and I am extremely dedicated to what I do.
5. I listen to what my coach has to teach and practice to the best of my ability, during each training session.
6. Every match day I play to the best of my ability.
7. I am extremely supportive of my team. I am a good team player.
8. All my family support me and are willing to travel or move house, if necessary.
9. I am very skilful and fast Soccer player.
10. I promise to work and practice, exactly how my coach requests.
