Tell us about your football history (Min 50 words) : Took my school team to the National Cup Semi-Final, then the final the following year played at Burton Albion. Had trials at Norwich and Colchester United, but with no luck due to my PREVIOUS lack of height (I was told I was by far good enough but had to be 188cm tall, not 179cm). Played for local teams in older age groups to push on my ability.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : Generally a superb shot stopper and I am able to collect crosses as I have an abnormally large leap. I have been told that my footwork and distribution of the ball is of the quality of a semi-professional midfield player's. Have decent ability with one-on-ones and am able to pick out a pass by throwing it over half the pitch and/or kicking a 50 yard ball.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : It is very rare that English clubs and players are subject to witnessing such distribution from a goalkeeper, and the ability to be entirely comfortable on the ball whilst under pressure. My game understanding is superior to some of those playing better standards of football to me, giving me an immediate advantage over other players out there. Also I am exceptionally hard trainer who is always willing to work that little bit harder and put in the extra work to improve my play and that of the team around me
