Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I have been playing football from the age of 4yrs, I have always represented my school football teams and cricket teams. I attend Forest School, which is a private school in Snaresbrook Road, they have a partnership with Leyton Orient. I started playing in the left wing position, but due to always being tall for my age, I gravitated to goal keeper, which I really enjoyed and have kept the position to the present day. I play for Gants Hill who are in the Echo League and the Premiership division, my previous team were also in this league and division, but the team was not continued, due to the Managers son being chosen for Leyton Orient FC.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : My confidence has grown dramatically during the past year, I have been offered trials previously, but my father who is also a goal keeper for Iron Maiden thought that I was not ready. I have been privately coached for approximately five years, by Pro 1 Academy and previous to that I was coached by Paul Griffin. I save many penalties and do not think about the consequences when I challenge the opposition.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : At 14yrs, I am 6ft and I have size 12 feet, I am intimidating in goal. I could have had previous trials, as they were always being offered, but I did not feel ready, but I now feel that this is the right time for me, as I will never know if I could have been successful as a goal keeper. I am commited and give a hundred percent in all I do. I have a fantastic family that support me in all I do and are they are willing to support me if I was lucky enough to be chosen.
