Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : From the age of 8 I have played for Stanley lions, I have captained them from day one. In the first years the team struggled but I remained at the club. In the past 3 seasons we have now won 3 cups including Springfield and tuebrook league highest cup. I once had a wigan express interest in me although I suffered a broken leg the game after. In 2012 I was nominated to represent the Springfield league playing CDM for the "reps" squad, the team went on to win the entire tournament against all other league's in liverpool.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I have always shown a great attitude according to managers and refs. I am the player that "breaks up play" I understood I would never be the most technically gifted player so I worked hard on my fitness, tackling and passing. I'm 6ft2 and dominate the air. I really enjoy putting the ball wide with long balls and I believe that that is my best "on ball" attribute. I watch video's of CDM's play and believe that although obviously not on his level my style of play most resembles hamanns.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I've always shone, not for my fancy footwork, or skill, but for my commitment, hardwork and desire to win. I'm strong, fast, tall and work hard to stop others play. I've had my chance but injury took it away from me. I've never backed out of a tackle and have always loved stopping attacks and starting them for my team. I love my football and really think I have the correct attitude and attributes to be given a chance to show how important my presence can be on a pitch.
