Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I became interested in the football game at the age of four when I lived in Antigua, from then I carried on playing football. At the age of six I was able to do simple skills such as kick ups. Players such as Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard inspired me since my understanding of the game at the age of seven, as they are great players and can play in my preferred position. I played my first game for my former club Victoria Park United on my ninth birthday. With them I played 4 seasons and I was captain for the last 3 seasons. At my time at Victoria Park United we won 2 cups but got to three finals and also won four leagues, which in one league we only lost one game. Bearing in mind, I was playing with a year above each season.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : With the position that I play I can be mobile but at the same time I like to sit in front of the defence and pick my time to go forward. I can also pick the right passes at the right times to help my team. Another good aspect of mine is my ball control, as well as my skill to get passed one or two players on the opposing team. In attacking corners I will cause an Arial Threat and in defensive corners I will be a help as I am good in the air with my head.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I think an Academy Director should give me a trial because I’ll prove to be a good attribute to my team and club, as I am willing to work hard, listen, take criticism on board and make adjustments accordingly to my game. Also I would be grateful if you would allow me this opportunity to prove myself as a English youth and put me one step closer to my dream as a footballer.
