Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I've played football since I was about 13 and played in the age group football until I was 17. Since then I've been playing men's league football. However, because of the area I live in, Scunthorpe, there aren't many footballing opportunities. I think and hope I could play to a higher standard of football to what I am at now and would like to get trials for any lower league team to see if I am at a good standard.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I think my playing ability is fairly high but it can be improved and that is what I would look forward to when working with a club. My heading ability is good which is key when playing the centre back role. additionally, I think I have good strength on and retrieving the ball. I can read the game well and I like to communicate with and encourage the team when playing. I also think for a centre back I am fairly quick, which while defending will give me an advantage.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : An academy Director should give me a trail because I am willing to work hard to grasp the possible chance of playing football to a higher level and for a recognised club. Furthermore, I think my playing ability is quite high and I would like to use it to the best of my ability. As well as this, I would like to improve my playing ability further.
