Write about your football history : I have played since I was 10 I first played for chaddyend fc in the tameside b leauge wich we won I won players player and managers player then moved to rocs fc in the north bury A leauge wich we have just won agian this season and now move to the tameside premier league on sundays I also won clubman award and also been captian at both clubs and still is captian

Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : An academy should give me a trial as im very good but also they will not find a more passionate and dedicated player who wants to be a professional footballer and will work my socks of for my coach my self and for my team I eat sleep and drink football its my dream and just need some one to give me the chance and help me to develop and become the player I know I will be and they will not be disappointed
