Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started taking football seriously when i was 15 when i was selected for my towns elite academy squad after a successful trial. I spent a year with them and played every match. We won every game throughout the season. I then moved into senior football and signed for Downham Town of the Eastern Counties League. While at Downham Town , I played my football mostly with the reserves. After the season finished I was asked to go over to Fakenham Town who are in the same division but are higher up and pushing for promotion this year. I have played 4 games for the Fakenham Town 1st team during pre season keeping 2 clean sheets. I am also playing with their Under 18 squad, we have won every game so far. I am really enjoying it there and can't wait for the season to get into full swing. Just 2 nights ago ( 14th August 2013 ) I had a trial for my county U-18's squad and i've been told that i am on the list of players which excites me a great deal. I was invited to the trial by a letter after the Norfolk FA watched me play in a county cup final for my Sunday side, where I picked up the Man Of the Match award. With my Sunday team, I won the treble this season. I also play for my college elite side as well.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a young lad who loves a challenge. I stand at 6ft 2 inches and weigh 70kg. I am a good distributor of the ball and command my box well. I am a very good shot stopper and I have a very good mentality. I wouldn't say i have a weakness as such but there's always for improvement which is all i want to do.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : Because i am a commited and hardworking individual who always trys his hardest. I really want to push myself to play as higher level as i can.
