Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I was playing in a school tournament when my friend asked me to go watch his team play in the afternoon as they were in a club tournament, they were short of players so was asked to play to make up the numbers. I really enjoyed it and nearly scored a goal, I signed for the team and started to play for Berry boys last season (Under 10's),last season I scored 5 goals. so far this season I have scored 5 goals. I also play for my junior school football team. At the end of the under 10's season I won Club man of the year and Charity day crossbar challenge trophies. 
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I mainly play as a left winger for my team but can also play centre mid field and striker. I have also played in goal for my club and school team. I am a fast runner so can knock the ball on and run past other players. I pass the ball well using my team mates and am aware of my players around me. I call for the ball when I am in space. I am always practicing my skills on and off pitch. 
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I would like an Academy Director to give me a trial as I am a committed and dedicated team member, I always turn up on time and have never missed any training sessions or matches. I love football, I play and practice at any opportunity. I watch the skills of professional players on the television and practice their skills to use in my game.
