Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing as goalkeeper for my local team, Parbold Fc. In my debut season, I conceded the least amount of goals, kept the most clean sheets in league and cup and picked up the player of the year award. After I finished playing, I joined Burscough Lightning in 2010. We won the league three seasons in a row and I finished with the best defensive record for each season. Between playing for both clubs, I had a trial with the district football team in 2009. Also, at the beginning of last season, I had a trial with Preston North End, whom I trained with for three weeks. I have represented both primary and secondary school teams too.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : Ever since becoming a keeper, my playing ability has always been at a very high standard. I am agile and I'm very energetic. I'm very good at keeping my balance and I'm commanding in my box. Usually, I can take crosses from corners and I'm always prepared to use my strength to catch the ball.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : Ever since joining Burscough, I have always been putting in my very best and I thrive to exceed my best for every game I play. I have had the best goalkeeping record for three seasons, with the least goals conceded and the most clean sheets. Since my trial with Preston, I have been more determined than ever to achieve more as I feel more confident and more mature in both the mental and ability attributes in my football
