Write about your football history : I have played football from a young age and started out at my local team Louth Old Boys when I was seven, where I spent two years just training and playing in 5 aside tournaments where I picked up two top goal scorer trophies. I then stopped training with them and moved to Discoveries Legends in Grimsby, when I was nine, where I only played one season for them but managed to get top goal scorer, during this time I also had an unsuccessful trial for Grimsby Town. I went back to Louth Old Boys for two years. I also played for a team called Kirksted Krusaders when I was fifteen but it didn't last long due to a hamstring injury that made me stop playing football for a year. When I came back to football I started training with Manby who play in the men's league where I played three games and scored two goals. I am now currently training with Louth Old Boys Veterans who are also in the men's league in Lincolnshire
Write about your Playing Ability : I am an intelligent team player who can pick out the right kind of pass or cross at the right time. what I lack in height I make up for in good short distance pace and upper body strength. I am also confident to run at opposing players and use skill to get past them if necessary. I also have the ability to use both feet and can produce a killer touch.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I feel that I should be given the chance to have a trial because I have a lot of potential and a lot to prove. Where I am from there aren't many opportunities to have a chance to show what you do. I should be given a trial because I am dedicated hard working person who is just looking for chance to prove what I can do and to show my attitude and love towards the game. You never know I could be the next big thing that could of been, or I could be. this is why i think i should be given a trial.
