> Tell us about your football history in 100 words: I have played football for 10 years now since the age of 7, I have had trials at Bradford City at a young age during which they entered liquidation. I have represented my county and played at a reasonably high standard in the local area
> Tell us about your Playing ability in 50 Words: I believe my playing ability is of a decent standard but obviously is not perfect and I am learning new skills and techniques each and everyday. I would really like to see what standard I can play at.
> Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 50 words: The reason I believe I should get a chance to have a trail at a club is because this is my final chance to try at this and maybe keep the dream alive. I am willing to give 110% in everything that I do.
