Tell us about your football history (Min 50 words) : I have played football competitively since the age of 6 when I joined a team that was the age group above. As I was bigger than most for my age and very capable it seemed more appropriate to join the older group. Since then have played for every year until this season at various different levels. I have had success at many of the clubs I played for winning trophies and promotions in more than one squad. I've also played in many summer tournaments and football in the community competitions in relation to Reading football club.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I feel that I possess the ability to compete with those at the top of the sport if i was given the chance to do so. I am a dominant midfielder both on and off the ball and can control games. My footballing mind is above the average players and my vision and awareness on the pitch is evidence to this. I am capable of delivering the killer pass at the right times and making vital defensive decisions when needed. As im above 6 feet I have a slight advantage on a lot of players in the air but my Arial abilities also sound. My understanding of formations and tactics is what benefits me when playing in more difficult matches. I naturally am a leader and like to communicate with all of those around me to know what is happening and make sure everybody is aware and focused.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : In three of the teams I have played for players have either go on to play for academies at a profesional level and I feel honestly that I was equal to them. That considered I feel I am worthy of a trial to see if I truly do possess what is needed to compete at the highest of levels
