Write about your football history : I have always trained with teams, as a child it started at a club then called Space Academy for a while, however continuously throughout Primary School & High School I attended football practice, unfortunately not having the privilege of being chosen to represent a team, except for when in Scouts I represented our group as a defender in a tournament in which we placed 2nd out of many Scout teams in Yorkshire. Throughout my attendance at School practice I received praise from peers about performances along with condolences as they thought I should have been chosen, this however has not phased my determination, and thus I am still working on it to this day.
Write about your Playing Ability : I have and have had an eye for passes, and a keen tenancy to try skill when training and practice to the point in which it can be showcased in game, unfortunately this was never encouraged by the team coaches in which I trained with and thus never had the opportunity to display any skill full talents I may (or may not aha) have.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I am a determined individual, whom despite doubt has enough self belief to persevere and play as a member of a team whom can together be successful. If given the opportunity I would commit every day towards proving not just to others whom may have shown doubt towards my footballing goals i.e. friends & family, but also to myself, and then once I have done so, I can re-iterate this attitude to other hopefuls, whom, I hope, can replicate the success in which I am determined to achieve.
