Write about your football history : Played for QPR fc from age 7 - 12 , then played for Three rivers age12-13 for one year . Then had a trial at Charlton fc 6 weeks now playing for north west rangers fc Sunday football . I also played for harrow borough fc from 10-13 . I give up football for a year but now I'm ready to get stuck in and show what I can do.

Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I have experience in playing academy level football since the age of 7 I am much more maturer and a stronger footballer. I play with both feet .
