Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I have been playing football all my life, and have been playing around 3 times a week. I have played in the Bilston and Walsall football league and have even been to Belgium to take part in a football tournament whereby I was captain and was able to get to the final and win. I started as a Centre Midfielder and later played a defensive role (left/right back) and now Left midfield where I believe I play best.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a versatile player and can play in many positions and can use both feet, when needed I can use a defensive style of player or attacking style of play, meaning I can offer full support around the field. This season I have scored 8 free kicks and a left foot volley from around 25 yards (Right is my strongest foot). I can also beat the defence with the pace and skill I have, which gives me and my team a massive chance in scoring because I have the ability to beat players and either cross or take a shot on for myself. I have a lot of confidence and not afraid of making a mistake, meaning I will try anything I believe is necessary to help my team, and if I make a mistake and lose possession, I will get the ball back. I am a hard tackler and will not back out of any challenge, giving my club a player who can help defensively and attacking.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I can offer something I believe another winger couldn't, offering a strong defensive mind and skill and pace to take the ball forward with the confidence to take a player on, cross the ball or shoot. I also offer versatility, being able to play in many positions means I can give manager an option if need be. I would take any chance to further my footballing standards with open arms
