Tell us about your football history in 100 words: Played for some good clubs at young age of nine to 13 had trials at sheffield Wednesday  and Rotherham  played for sheffield boys  at 15 den carried on playing for local side middle wood rovers on till 15  den  carried playing local till 19 den got trials at sheffield united  didn't go we'll had a ankle injury!!put me on a downer till  for a while  so went bak playin local with pals till 24 den jus stopped playin. Got bak into it at 25 played for semi pro side Hallam for seoson but had to stop because of work
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: I'd say I was quick good touch reads games we'll luv goin past players!!a good team player  it's all about the team really
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words: Because I'm 27 it really is my last chance and I know any team I trial wiv ile give it my all I know clubs probably get dis all the time but I know I hav a lot to offer in football  so  give us a chance and u won't regret it
