Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I started playing when i was five years old in a local team where i grew up.I got spotted by a scout who wanted to take me to a club(Barnsley) when i was 12 years old but my parents turned down the opportunity and insisted that i finish my academics first.To this day i wonder what might have come of it.I played in the school team of every school i went and did well.I also played futsal which has contributed immensely to my technique and close control.I am now done with high school and my parents are open to the idea of me playing football and i have their full support.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a natural wide player who is also very comfortable playing in the middle or as a number 10.I am a good dribbler of the ball who glides past players.I am extremely quick with or without the ball.I am very tall for a winger (6ft2in but i have great balance on the ball.I am also a prolific goal scorer who contributes his fair share of goals.I have good fitness levels and a good engine.I am aware a wide player as much as providing offensive play also should help out defensively.I am intelligent and i have the ability to see a pass as well as the execution and technique required.I am very direct and can single handedly take the game to the opposition but I am also a team player, and always give my best for the team.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I havent had the opportunity in my life to be in an academy mainly because of my academics but i have always had the potential to become a very good player.I hope to be given the chance because as well as having the talent, i need to work with professionals who understand the game better than i in order that i may grow as a player.
