Tell us about your football history in 100 words:  I started playing football as a young kid but my parents never took me serious with it. My dad always put me in different sports making me an all-rounder type of guy. Beginning of year 9 I started to focus on just football as the sport i wanted to succeed in as it has always been like that. I trained 6 days a week, 3 with the team I joined (My current team) and 3 days with my own drills at the local park so I can maintain my composure. I trained day and night, and always watching football clips of my favourite players and watching football matches from all ages and teams. It became my own personal homework, to study football when I'm not playing.
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: I always started as a CB because of my height (5ft11) and I loved every minute of it, the sliding tackles, the standing tackles and showing my true strength on and off the ball and jumping as high as possible for the header. However, I also love attacking which is why I can also play RB. I love running with the ball and without the ball but especially when I'm running with the ball because I love scaring the opposite defenders especially with the speed I'm capable of bursting out with. I still need to practice my technical ability to be a GREAT RB, so far im a better CB. I have good long shots, good at free kicks, great at scoring headers especially in corners. I have great strength and I'm a 50% traditional defender and 50% modern defender, a bit of maldini and David Luiz in one. I would say my passing is good for a defender. I would want to train more on my technical ability and a bit of positioning sometimes. I love being in charge of the back 4 and showing that puyol side of me, the lion.
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words:  In my opinion I think an Academy director should give me a trial because I deserve it and I'm ready for one. I've trained day and night to wait for a trial and to succeed in it. I want to see if i'm challenging enough for other academy players or I've still got to train a bit more (which i doubt) and i hope that the Academy director can help me get one step closer to my dream of making it pro and to inspire kids and to make a great name in football history. My team mates and other players have said I am ready for an academy trial but of course it is about if you, personally think you're ready for one and I DO think I am. (Living in North London) Kind Regards Yusuf Panah
