Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : At the age of 8 years old I have started playing football. At 12 years old I was awarded 'best player -12' in the School of Discipleship Youth Tournament. In highschool (Teremi Boys, Kakamega, Kenya) I played with the school team for four years as a striker and as a right winger. We won the District Competition when I was in the last two years of high school (form 3 & 4). At 17 years old I participated in Coca Cola Youth Championship with Webuye Youth FC. We finished as the runner-up. In those 6 matches I scored 2 goals playing as a right winger. After school I played for Compel FC (Webuye, Kenya) in Division II Western Region of the Football Kenya Federation (FKF). I scored 2 goals in 4 matches as a striker before moving to Mombasa. Currently I am playing with Team Umeme. We play in Nairobi County League of FKF. I play both as a striker and as a right winger. We are ranked third in the ongoing season and I scored 10 goals in 11 matches.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : My prefered playing position is striker, but I can also play in both wings. In general I have good speed. As a winger my strengths are that I can dribble with fast speed and deliver adequate crosses. And as a center fowards my strenghths are having a sharp focus on the goal and heading.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I have the ability and the motivation to grow and play at a professional level. I would like to be exposed to high level technical skills and from there build confidence to improve my own technical abilities.
