Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I have been playing football up until May this year to a high standard in both Senegal and The Gambia. In Senegal I played as forward for both 1st and 2nd division clubs. Many of my contemporaries played for the Gambian National team. I was recently in training with George Lobba, the ex Gambian National goalkeeper. I have recently moved to live in the UK and I am now looking to progress my football career here.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I believe I could step into a semi professional club here in the UK now. I have a proven track record as a left footed forward but more recently have played at full back. I play with a Sunday league team currently to maintain my fitness but the standard is not equivalent to my level.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I am a totally dedicated and hard working player, but I need someone to see my ambition and give me the opportnity to prove myself. As I have recently moved to the UK (I have an English wife) and am doin all I can to get myself onto a trail/training session. All that is holding me back from a semi pro career is having a contact here in the UK to put in in the 'right place at the right time'.
