Tell us about your football history in 100 words: I have only ever been a goalkeeper and have played for Stafford Rangers for four years. I'm addition to my teams training, I have attended Fred Barbers goalkeeper coaching sessions every Friday evening for the past four years. I have been an active team member and in the past year we have won a tournament in Minehead and also the Keele Cup - an international tournament.
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: I have always been a dedicated goalkeeper. I am 5ft 11.
I am told that I have a strong all round game, good shot stopper, kicking off the ground well into the opponents half and out of hands almost to the other goal area. I close down the ball over the top confidently, cover the goal area well, concentrate on my position, react with quick feet and distribute well with throws. I feel that my best attribute is my straightforward shot stopping.
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words: I feel that after a number of years of general team training accompanied with weekly professional keeper training sessions, I am ready for the next step. I know that I would benefit greatly from the expert coaching offered within an Academy. I have not trialled with anyone before, but feel that I am good enough now and worthy of consideration. I am committed to continually improving my strength and fitness, I train hard and would very much like further guidance to be the best keeper that I can be.
