Write about your football history : I have played first team football as a goalkeeper for a few Local football teams. I was asked to Join Kingstonians Youth squad by Alan Downson (First team manager of Kingstonians, Isthmain League) Whilst also playing for these clubs, I have also had Trials for Some Professional Teams in the past. These teams being; Aldershot Twon, Southend United and Ipswich Town.
Write about your Playing Ability : When it comes down to my player ability I feel I am a good keeper with a few things to Improve on. The Things that I feel need improving are my Goal Kicks and fitness. Other than that I believe I am a rather good keeper. when playing for previous clubs, I have been labelled the best keeper in our league and a 10/10 shot-stopper. I am Very Confident in goal, and am very commanding of my box. I am also a stocky Build So I am a bigger target to try and get past on 1-on-1 situations and also Hard to knock over on corners.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I feel that an academy Director should give me a trial, because I would prove to him/her that I can do a lot better than Sunday league football and will prove to them, that I will work through thick and thin, day and night to become one of the best keepers around.
