Write about your football history : I am coming into a year of my 2 year scholarship at Ilkeston FC. I will be finishing my scholarship in 2015/2016 season and I'm highly confident to get into the first team and hoping i progress even further after playing with a great club. Howevzer more importantly to me, in my first year i have been on trial at QPR for a week. Unfortunately i didn't get into their academy due to rezasons that my cv wasn't strong enough for big clubs like them and they didn't believe i was big enough to be a left back - even though i believe i performed at a high standard during both trials. This didn't put me down it only made it want it more having tasted what it's like being at a big clubs like them. Im positive and want to keep on progressing and improving my footballing skills and knowledge. Write about your Playing Ability : i believe i am a strong attack minded defender who loves to create chance either through link up with link- up with team play or assisting the goal. I invision emulating reberto carlos and jordi alba. I have studied each left back indivudually and have set goals to try perform at thier standard and use some tips in my game. Im a left back who loves a challenge and putting pressure on my opponent i have agood sense of judgement and by adjusting quickly to my oppenets tactics, its rare i get beaten one on one. Im a hungry and success driven defender who wants to to try help the team out at each end if and when i can.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : I strive to be one of the best defenders in the game. i want to reach the likes of gary neville, reberto carlos, dani alves etc. I want to play my role in the team and bringing as much success with my team mates. if an oppurtunity of a higher club could be granted im positive i have the mindset to make my vision come to life.
