Write about your football history : I only started playing football 2 seasons ago, I helped my league team gain promotion last season to division 1 and am one of the best players in the team I think. I got picked for Corby town youth academy last march (2013) and have been playing for them the end if last season and all of this season.
Write about your Playing Ability : I am a quick thinking and can anticipate well, I se to know what's going to happen next when other players don't. I do a lot of athletics so I'm very fit and this shows on the pitch as my stamina is much greater than other players. I listen to managers and coaches and do what the tell me to do, I like to talk a lot to my team mates on the pitch to help us play better as a team,
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial : Because I am a good standard footballer and I am definitely one of the best players in both of my teams and I have only been playing for 2 years and they have been playing mostly since they were 4 or 5 years old. I have professional footballing in my family with 2 of my uncles playing for premiership clubs in the 1970s and 80s (mark Higgins Everton captain) and my grandad playing for Bolton wanders in the 1950's and 60's when they won the FA etc (John Higgins). I am also I talented athlete and am county champion and inter counties champion at sprint hurdles as well as county schools champion and county champion at 200m and long jump and silver medalist at 100m. My athletics definitely benefits my football in terms of my speed, agility, stamina and focus. I am very driven and want to succeed at the highest level.
