Tell us about your football history in 100 words: I’ve been playing football since the age of 5, when I started with a local team. At the end of my first season I was approached by Rushden and Diamonds Academy and spent 2 years with them before the club went bankrupt. I then moved to Kettering town FC for a season before they also went bankrupt. I was then approached by Libero football Academy in Kettering, however due to mixed age groups within the team it was difficult to progress as most were a lot older. Presently I am playing for Ise Lodge United in the Weetabix league.
Tell us about your Playing ability in 100 Words: I have mostly played in the centre forward role in my playing career, but have recently moved to an attacking midfield role. As a striker I have the abilities to hold up the ball when needed, release the ball, and then move in to space. I feel have good close ball control, and a good eye for goal. As a midfielder I have the abilities to pass the ball with accuracy and am strong in a central role. Overall abilities are speed, vision, organisation, and work rate.
Why should an Academy Manager give you a football trial in 100 words: I think a football manager should give me a chance because, I am hard working, determined, dedicated and have the desire to progress and succeed. I feel with the leadership of a professional manager, I have the potential to progress further to enable me to play at a professional level. In training I am a hard worker, who listens to instructions and then is normally able to replicate this in an actual match. If I am accepted I am confident that I would be able to prove to you that I have the ability to join your academy.
