Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I attended the umbro Kennedy cup in 2011 with the Midland School boy league in which we finished 5th overall. Shortly after the five day tournament I received international trials where I made the last 35 but was then dropped down to the stand by squad. It doesn't sound much but making it that far I was proud of myself. I then joined the Regional squad for north Leinster here in Ireland which contained the best 30 players fRom our area. In August 2012 I took part in the Umbro Galway Cup with the Midland squad again which is picked from the best 20 players from my league. I played teams from Finland and Northern Ireland. Ipswich scouts spotted me and spoke the my manager and took my name and phone number. But unfortunately I have never heard from them. I moved club this year to Rosanallis where I played with the under 18's. I am one of the youngest players in the league at only 16.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I play mostly left wing as I am left footed and I am fit to keep running up and down the line. My preferred foot is left but I do like to cut in and shoot with my right from time to time. I am fast but like to take on my man. However I will admit I'm not the tallest sixteen year old ever.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : An academy director should give me a trial because I have worked at this since I was seven. I would be committed to anything thrown at me and my parents support me in whatever ever I do and would be willing to take me anywhere. I am Irish so maybe I would be different and something new to add to the club.
