Tell us about your football history (Min 100 words) : I was born, on the 12th October 1995, and raised in western Kenya, where my passion to play football was driven by my father who played for a leading local football club called A.F.C Leopards also known as Abaluhya Football Club. At only five years old I would accompany my father to the training ground to watch him play. My father bought me a ball and I started playing with my friends at our local home where he would give us some football tips and training. Thereafter i joined Kaptola Primary School and later Kakamega High School where I was involved in Inter-school championships and was awarded best player of the tournament, in the year 2007, at Provincial Level. Feb-2009 to Jun-2013: Aspire Academy - Qatar Participated in the Catalonia Cup in June 2010 against teams from Brazil, Paraguay and Italy as well as clubs such as AC Milan Participated in the Alkass tournament 2011 as Fullback two (2) 2009-2010: Under 17 Kenya National Team Participated and won the regional Cecafa tournament 2010, in Rwanda as Midfielder ten (10) Participated and drew with Somalia 2011, in Kenya as Midfielder seven (7) 2012: Played Under 20 Kenya National Team against Egypt (drew away-lost at home) and Burkina Faso (lost away-drew at home) as Left (11). 2013: Participated in southern african regional Cocafa tournament Dec-2013, in Lesotho as Midfielder ten (10) as well as captian, where we came second to South Africa.
Write about your Playing Ability (Min 50 words) : I am a talented midfielder with excellent dribbling and passing capabilities, who plays as an attacking midfielder. I am a team player, gifted in fast paced passing and can control the game speed from midfield. I am an aggressive midfielder and can win the ball at any given chance. I make tackles to win the ball and I'm great in shielding the ball from my opponent. I have good endurance capabilities to fall back to defend in the event we loose the ball. I have great bust of speed especially during counter attacks and great at making vital through passes. I can play as attacking midfielder number seven(7) or Eleven(11) and make great crosses and good goal scorer. Was the top scorer for Kenya National team under 17, in Rwanda,2010. I am a visionary and decisive player and has served as a captain for my under 20 National team.
Why should an Academy Director give you a trial (Min 50 words) : I believe like my compatriot Victor Wanyama of Southampton FC, I have what it takes to play in the English Premier League. I am passionate about playing football ever since i was five years old, and dream is to play in Europe. I am a visionary and team player who has helped my current club win trophies in for Kenya Premier League(local) in 2013, and tournaments in Spain, Italy and France, and my desire is to keep on playing and growing in order to win even more trophies for my club and National Country.
